The Almighty’s Way to Ultimate Health

What Happens When I Drink….

     COFFEE? DE CAFF ?

Coffee causes excess loss of calcium in the urine and the potential for cadmium toxicity.  Cadmium replaces the bodies zinc stores. Zinc is one of the most important minerals for a strong immune system and proper T-cell activity.  Cadmium also promoted cancerous changes in the cells of the body.  Decaffeinated coffee still contains the cadmium and the chemicals used in processing, which makes it even more toxic.  Natural alternatives for energy and clearer more focused thinking, such as: Ma Huang, Ginkgo Biloba and Ginseng, are much safer!

SOFT DRINKS ?

Soft drinks are hard on your body.  The phosphates in soft drinks increase calcium loss in urine.  The excess sugar in most soft drinks also leads to urinary loss of calcium.  Excess dietary sugar turns into fat and depletes the body of B vitamins, especially B1 or thiamin.  Low B1 can cause mood changes and behavior disorders.  Sugar also directly depresses the immune system by lowering white blood cell activity.  Soft drinks also cause the pH to go down, acidifying the body and promoting aging and free radical damage as well as promoting the growth of yeast and fungus throughout the body expressing itself with a white film on the tongue.  It takes over 34 glasses of pure alkalized water to neutralize the acidic effects of one soft drink.  Since your brain is about 80% water and 78 % cholesterol (fat) 8, 16 ounce glasses of pure alkaline water a day is a much better choice.

    DIET SOFT DRINKS ?

NutraSweet is highly toxic.  It breaks down in the body to poisonous methanol and cancer causing formaldehyde.  Diet products containing NutraSweet can cause dozens of symptoms including headaches, fatigue, irritability, depression, seizures and more.  Forget losing any pounds, this artificial sweetener actually causes weight gain.

PASTEURIZED COW’S MILK ?

Causes calcium loss in the urine.  High allergy provoking potential, can cause any number of symptoms.  Antibiotic content can destroy normal bacteria in the G.I tract.  Growth hormones in milk can promote tumor growth.  Can contain parasites.  Rice milk makes a better substitute.  These cattle are also all grain fed producing gastrinol problems and milk that can be loaded with bad instead of good bacteria.  Rather, pasture fed cows have the right ratio of fat, minerals and vitamins that are good.  The baby needs fat for the growth of the brain for the first five years and for this reason mother’s milk is 50% fat.

ALCOHOL ?

Alcohol is a poison which directly damages the brain, liver, pancreas and small intestine.  The danger of killing brain cells is obvious.  In the liver fatty accumulations lead to hepatitis, cirrhosis and eventually death.  Damage to the pancreas can lead to diabetes.  Effects on the small intestine leads to poor absorption of all nutrients, especially the fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E & K) and the B vitamins, folic acid and vitamin C.  This is particularly disturbing because many of these protect the body from free radical damage which promotes aging and all the diseases associated with aging, (including heart diseases, cancer, arthritis, etc.).  Alcohol also increases free radical formation making it a two-edge sword in favor of aging.  It also directly suppresses the immune system and depletes the body of zinc, (a major immune simulating mineral).

Five leading causes of death are associated with the use of Alcohol.

(1) Car Accidents (2) Cirrhosis of the Liver (3) Pneumonia (4) Suicide (5) Murder
